How It Works
Once purchased, your digital gift voucher will be emailed to you, ready to gift to your loved one.
The recipient can then redeem their voucher and book their session at a convenient time.
Important Information

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

The session must be booked and take place within this 6-month period.

Sessions not used within this timeframe cannot be carried forward or honoured after the expiry date.
Terms & Conditions
Gift voucher purchases follow the same terms and conditions as 1:1 sessions:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The session must be booked and completed within six months of issue.

After the expiry date has passed, the voucher cannot be redeemed or extended.
All UK orders excluding crystals can be returned within 14 working days as long as the buyer pays return postage and also get’s a proof of postage from Royal Mail. The items must be returned in sellable condition and unused. A refund on the item(s) returned will be issued within 1-2 working days once the item(s) have been safely received by us – we are unable to offer a refund on the original postage cost as we are unable to claim to this back. We have the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged, missing, used, worn or dirty.
If your item has arrived damaged then please make sure to contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo explaining the damage. A refund will then be issued or a replacement sent.International items cannot be returned, the same damage policy above applies if you receive your order damaged.
All digital files and audio tracks are non-refundable and any issues regarding quality of the sound or any issues accessing the files – will need to be reported to us within 24 hours.
