Week One • Regulate
Before we can truly receive more, our nervous system has to believe it’s safe to. During our first week together we’ll regulate your nervous system, gently calm survival responses and begin creating the internal foundation that allows abundance to feel safe instead of overwhelming. You’ll learn why your nervous system plays such a powerful role in manifestation and begin building a new relationship with rest, trust and receiving.
Week Two • Rise
Once you’ve created greater safety within yourself, we’ll begin uncovering and releasing the subconscious patterns that have been keeping you small. Together we’ll explore your deepest receiving blocks, old conditioning, limiting beliefs and unconscious stories around worthiness, visibility, success and abundance. Through powerful inner work and transformational healing practices, you’ll begin stepping into the version of yourself who knows you are worthy of receiving everything you desire.
Week Three • Radiate
This week is all about becoming the magnet. We’ll explore the power of your vibration, energetic field and identity, helping you understand how your inner world shapes your outer reality. Through powerful energetic and embodiment practices, you’ll learn how to raise your frequency, expand your magnetism and become an aligned receiver for the abundance, opportunities and experiences you’re ready to receive. The Receiving Method is a 4-week LIVE manifestation experience where I’ll guide you through my 4 R’s of Manifestation: Regulate, Rise, Radiate and Receive.
Each week, we’ll come together for a 90-minute live coaching call where I’ll guide you through that week’s teachings, tools and transformational practices. You’ll also receive a themed meditation, subliminal and workbook each week to help you integrate the work and deepen your transformation between our live sessions.
Everything will be housed inside your private course portal, which you’ll have lifetime access to.
We’ll meet LIVE on Zoom every Friday throughout September:
Week 1 – Regulate: 4th September at 7pm BST
Week 2 – Rise: 11th September at 7pm BST

Each call will be approximately 90 minutes and will combine teaching, coaching and powerful transformational practices.
