Delivery Update
The final day for UK orders to arrive before Christmas is 18th December 2025. Orders placed after 18th December will still be shipped up until 22nd December, however they are unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas. UK Orders (Excluding Crystals):
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in sellable condition, and you cover the return postage. You must also obtain proof of postage from Royal Mail. Once we have safely received the returned item(s), a refund will be issued within 1–2 working days.
Please note: original postage costs are non-refundable, as we are unable to reclaim these costs.

Condition of Returns:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items are damaged, missing, used, worn, or dirty.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo and explanation of the damage. We will then issue a refund or send a replacement.
We are unable to process damage claims reported after 48 hours.
International Orders:
International orders are non-returnable. However, if your item arrives damaged, the same 48-hour damage reporting policy applies.
Digital Products:
All digital files and audio tracks are non-refundable. If you experience issues with sound quality or accessing the files, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
Customs & Import Duties:
For international orders, any customs or import duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Law of Attraction Store LTD is not liable for these charges.
