All UK orders excluding crystals can be returned within 14 working days as long as the buyer pays return postage and also get’s a proof of postage from Royal Mail. The items must be returned in sellable condition and unused. A refund on the item(s) returned will be issued within 1-2 working days once the item(s) have been safely received by us – we are unable to offer a refund on the original postage cost as we are unable to claim to this back. We have the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged, missing, used, worn or dirty.

If your item has arrived damaged then please make sure to contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo explaining the damage. A refund will then be issued or a replacement sent.

International items cannot be returned, the same damage policy above applies if you receive your order damaged.

All digital files and audio tracks are non-refundable and any issues regarding quality of the sound or any issues accessing the files – will need to be reported to us within 24 hours.
