For a while now I’ve been wanting to create a brand new recipe that equally flows with my spiritual work. After making my Universe cake a few months back, I thought about how I could share even more positivity in the world through the love of cake. So the Universe delivered me the idea of positivity cupcakes and here you can learn how to re-create these yourself at home!
I thought that these positivity cupcakes sounded perfect because what better way to share positivity than with cake? These cute quotes can simply brighten up someone’s day and motivate them to stay on track with their goals. Not only will you feel good baking these and enjoying them yourself, sharing these with your work colleagues, in your local community, at a bake sale, or with friends and family will also share your positive vibes out into the world and help others feel great too.
The quotes I had printed by a very lovely and helpful seller on eBay who I will link here, they were super affordable and are fully edible. So get creative with your positive quotes which will inspire those who eat your delicious creations. The white butterfly cupcakes holders and holographic glitter were also purchased off eBay too. So without further ado here is the recipe for my positivity cupcakes…
175 g. butter (at room temperature), cut into large pieces
175 g. self-raising flour
175 g. caster sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 large eggs
113 g unsalted butter, softened
375g icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cupcake or muffin cases.
Put all the cake ingredients into a large bowl and beat with an electric hand whisk or a wooden spoon until smooth and evenly mixed. Divide the mixture evenly between the paper cases.
