THE BEAUTY EGG COLLECTION – LOOKFANTASTIC

It’s that time of year once again where I eat way too much chocolate at Easter and instantly regret it. Seeing as I’ve booked two holidays within the next two months this Easter I’ve certainly had to make sure I’ve been extra good. To my surprise, one day when browsing the lookfantastic website I came across the answer to my summer body prayers, The Beauty Egg Collection!

Now at £60 I did think a £1.50 Cadbury’s Easter Egg from Tesco’s would be a better financial decision, but would I be a beauty blogger if I didn’t make risk purchases and find out if it’s all worth it? With a supposed £200+ worth of contents inside the eggs, I couldn’t resist making that healthier commitment! When it arrived a few days later I got really excited, I fell in love with the packaging and couldn’t wait to unbox it on Snapchat and Instagram Stories. So packaging aside let’s take a look at the limited edition beauty eggs…

So the original advertisement of over £200 worth of beauty products actually wasn’t far off! With a 68% saving, this certainly does make my £60 purchase feel worth it. I’m most excited to try the Illamasqua primer and the Phillip Kingsley Elasticizer after some of you messaged me saying how great they are. The Molton Brown body wash also smells amazing and is perfect for travelling with, so at least I can take this Easter treat on holiday with me to make up for the lack of chocolate. So while this was a more expensive Easter gift to myself, I have come away with some great new beauty products to try, a fabulous box and hopefully a healthier me.

Sadly by the time I placed my order and received it through the post, they had completely sold out online which proves it’s popularity.
