L’Oreal Mythic Oil Range

I have massively improved my haircare routine recently and wanted to show you all my favourites from L’Oreal Mythic Oil Range. I’ve been using some of these products for over two years now and couldn’t wait to even try some new products to the range!

L’Oreal has been a big favourite of mine for years and only recently I’ve discovered the Professionnel range and all its wonders. L’Oreal were kind enough to send me the Mythic Oil Range to try out and I thought I would show you what products work and why they are so great. The whole range has an incredible smell which will leave your hair looking and smelling irresistible.

L’Oreal Professionnel Mythic Oil 100ml £10 – RRP £16.49

I am certainly familiar with this L’Oreal Mythic Oil, my hairdresser recommended it to me a few years ago and I used to use it all the time. As I stopped going to that hairdressers and nowhere else around me sold it I sadly gave up on the treatment. So I’m very grateful for L’Oreal reintroducing me to this fab product and finding it available to buy online! I normally apply this to wet hair just before drying it with my hair dryer. I’ve found this to really help with my split ends and keep my ends looking healthy and strong. I absolutely love this oil and it is so much better than oil’s I’ve used in the past and certainly a lot cheaper than others too!

L’Oreal Professionnel Mythic Oil Shampoo 250ml RRP £14.49

I hadn’t tried this shampoo before, but I was certainly excited to as I know how well the Oil and Masque work. The Shampoo alone leaves my hair feeling so soft and shiny, I literally can’t get over how soft my hair feels and looks after drying my hair. The only downside I would say is my hair is more difficult to style as it is so soft, to fix this I’ve started spraying hair spray before curling my hair. This has helped hold the curls a lot better and at least my hair looks in good condition thanks to this shampoo.

L’Oreal Professionnel Mythic Oil Conditioner 200ml RRP £16.49

I have been teaming up this conditioner with the shampoo above, again another new product I haven’t tried before. My ends continue to look really healthy and even feel soft which I’ve never had before. Since I’ve been using the L’Oreal Professionnel Steam Pod also to style my hair, this helped my hair’s condition massively and I finally have nice hair which I can style! This shampoo and conditioner are around the price of my current one by Davines, when these empty I think I will commit to these L’Oreal Mythic Oil one’s as they are a little cheaper and I notice more results while using the masque and oil also. Hopefully, I can also get some discounts by buying it all together.

L'Oreal Mythic Oil Range

L’Oreal Professionnel Mythic Oil Masque 200ml RRP £18.49

This is another product I used to buy two years ago from my hairdressers and sadly had to give up. I’m so thrilled to have it back in my life, as this masque is a miracle worker. I use this once weekly instead of conditioner in the shower, I normally leave it on for five minutes then wash it off. This masque helps give your hair a boost and is actually the masque my hairdresser’s used as a deep conditioning treatment. It makes my hair feel incredible for at least 4 days and gives it that celebrity/glamourous look like I’ve just stepped out of the salon. Highly recommend this masque it’s the best I’ve ever used!

L’Oreal Professionnel Crème Universelle 150ml RRP £14.49

The 3-in-1 crème works effectively as a pre-shampoo, detangling rinse-off conditioner and blow-dry cream, providing 96 hours of volume control. So initially I did really struggle to fit this into my haircare routine as I felt I was already using a shampoo and conditioner I didn’t understand where this would fit in. So I wet my hair and used this on day two hair to see if it would give me any added extra’s when my hair normally looks lifeless and dull. After blow drying, I could visibly see my hair had more volume and felt more lightweight like freshly washed hair. I just don’t think I’m quite the hair expert to fully appreciate this crème to be honest, I felt it added more time to my daily routine with not enough benefits. It did make my hair volumised so it does do exactly what it says on the bottle, but sadly for me I wouldn’t buy this again.

L’Oreal Professionnel Brume Sublimatrice RRP £10.49

Again, another new product that I was lucky enough to try. I did actually have to look up what this did as I had no idea! The micro-diffused mist conditions the hair, whenever and wherever you need. This handbag friendly conditioner is an ideal retouch product to detangle, moisturise and help with frizz control by smoothing the hair. So I popped this in my handbag and waited for a hot day when my hair normally frizzes. Not only did this mist smell fantastic on my hair, it did help to detangle my hair when brushing and it did help with my frizzy hair. While I love the mist, I don’t think I could justify spending £10.49 on it so if this something you could really benefit from trying I do recommend it but for me, I don’t think I would use this often enough to get my money’s worth.

Thank you very much to L’Oreal for sending this delightful range my way and reintroducing me to my favourites. I would love to know your thoughts on the range in the comments below!
