Once again it’s the time of the year when we treat our significant other and shower them with love. Here is my Valentine’s gift guide for 2017 designed to inspire, tempt and help those out who are struggling to buy presents this year. Or if you’re single like me, then use this post as a great way to give yourself some self-love and pampering!
Personalised Moët from Selfridges £19.99
Amanda and I found this personalised gem as we were hot footing it out the back of Selfridges. Located near the food hall on the lower ground, Moët & Chandon have set up a stand until Valentine’s Day that lets you print out a personalised picture onto your favourite bottle. Obviously, we went for the Rosé as we both love pink too much! I think this is a great gift for your loved one or even a best friend like we did. The only problem is I don’t want to open it now…
Monty Bojangles Popcorn Carousel Truffles 200g £4
If you fancy something a little different this Valentine’s Day, then Monty Bojangles may be the answer to your gifting prayers. Now I wouldn’t normally go for Truffles but on this occasion I’m game! This is my first time trying Monty Bojangles after hearing such great things from friends, I am pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed rich chocolate popcorn! These add a luxury but fun twist to your standard box of chocolates, and it will be very hard to resist trying one yourself once they’re in your loved one’s hands.
Now, these aren’t your every day Valentine’s Day cards, these cards transform into a brilliant keepsake notebook for your loved one. You can choose your front cover design from the unique designs uploaded to the Thortful website, then add a personalised message inside and that special someone can use this and be reminded of your love every time they go to open it. I love this idea and it’s not just for Valentine’s Day either, you can get Birthday or special occasion keepsake cards too.
Guylian Praline Hearts Gift Box 105g £4
Guylian is my one weakness, honestly give me a box of these bad boys and I’m like a child on Christmas morning. I’ve been a massive fan of the famous seashell chocolates for years now, so to find a limited edition Valentine’s design got my heart pumping. I really don’t think you can go wrong with Guylian chocolate everyone loves it, and the design and taste will certainly leave you wanting more.
Vivienne Westwood Thin Line Earrings £44
These earrings are certainly something which I would consider a luxury purchase. Surprisingly I found these Vivienne Westwood earrings on the Mainline website for only £44. I think this a great indulgement purchase for Valentine’s Day whether you’re buying for yourself or a loved one! This classic design is sure to be an all round winner for anyone lusting over designer jewellery.
Prada Candy Florale 50ml Gift Set – Fragrance Direct £47.95 Reduced from £56
I love nothing more than a sweet smelling new fragrance, and Prada Candy has certainly delivered! Owning a Prada fragrance has always felt like a luxury splurge, but now thanks to Fragrance Direct with this great offer you don’t have to shy away from the smell of designer. I went for the Florale set as I absolutely love the floral tones in the fragrance and think this is the perfect gift set this Valentine’s Day. If you’re single like me, then you can certainly justify this as a savvy ‘treat yo self’ moment!
Thank you for reading my Valentine’s gift guide for 2017!
