2017 has started off with a bang for me and this is all thanks to The Happiness Planner. I’ve had one of these famous planners since June last year and I haven’t looked back since. I was originally recommended one of these when I was going through a really bad patch in my life, and now I can’t stop recommending these planners to everyone I meet. It feels strange that I haven’t documented The Happiness Planner on my blog before now!


The Happiness Planner was founded by Mo Seetubtim, in which she created an app and planners that embrace the power of positive thinking, mindfulness, gratitude, and self-development. When I came across these planners I knew I had struck planner gold and that this planner would transform my mindset and lifestyle. Before I knew it, I had ordered my year planner and finally had it in my hands. Now seven months on The Happiness Planner plays such an important part in my daily life and success that I can’t thank Mo enough for creating this planner for everyone. So with a new year, it was time for a new cover! This time I went for the Serenity & Rose Quartz planner because it simply took my breath away. You will all know by now I love anything Rose Gold so instantly this planner had stolen my heart. The planner’s cost £38 and although this sounds like a lot of money, you do get a lot of extra’s included.


Included in the box is your planner, stickers, paper clips, file clips, a pen, and extra sheets to set goals and change habits e.t.c. I love working through the sheets as this really helps with my manifestations (law of attraction) and set goals for the year ahead. In the diary at the beginning again, there are activities and pages to fill out marking your progress and how you feel in general. I find this is a great way to see how far you’ve come throughout the year and to see how your habits have changed and goals met. My favourite part of The Happiness Planner though has to be the daily quotes, they really get me motivated for the day ahead and inspired.


So how can The Happiness Planner help you? Well for me personally, it’s certainly helped me to feel more grateful and positive. At the end of each month, you have a page to complete to review your month and how you’ve felt. This is important as it helps you to see all the good things that have happened in the month and not focus on the negatives. It’s also a great way to see what you need to improve on for next month. Daily, you also have a few boxes to complete ‘Good Things About Today’, ‘What I’m Grateful For’ and ‘What I Hope For Tomorrow’ all of these are designed to work with the law of attraction and instantly help you only focus on the positive’s. I love filling these out daily as it’s great to look back on and see how many amazing things happened each day. So I hope this has given you an in-depth look at The Happiness Planner and my experiences of using the planner for over seven months now. I honestly can’t stop recommending these to everyone I meet, all my friends and family have one now!
