It’s a new year, new start and a new range from Yankee Candle! Today, I wanted to bring you the Yankee Candle pure essence collection which has just hit stores. I don’t know what it is, but as soon as it hits January I’m itching to get my spring wardrobe out. This is certainly the case around my home, I’ve started my spring cleaning already and I’m re-decorating my bedroom finally. I’m going for a grey, white and pink theme and I can’t wait for you to see the finished result.
Now we all know that my home decor wouldn’t be complete without some ‘decorative’ candles as I like to call them. The pure essence collection has just launched and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them. As a self-confessed candle addict, a new candle range is just what I needed to brighten up my January blues. There are three new fragrances in the pure essence collection, Cherry Blossom, Linden Tree & Wild Mint. My favourite out of the three has to be Cherry Blossom as it’s infused with a sweet, floral yet spring-like fragrance. I do like the Wild Mint fragrance, but it does remind me of my cup of Peppermint tea in the morning so I’m not sure if I need to add any more peppermint fragrances to my life! Linden Tree is classed as a floral fragrance, but I would say it smells more like a clean, fresh scent and will brighten up any living room. The are lots of sizes in the range to choose from wax melts are £1.79, votives are £1.99, tealights are £6.99, small candles are £8.99, medium candles are £17.99 and the large candles are £23.99. I also really love the diversity of colours in the pure essence collection, I can’t wait to bring Spring in with style!
You can visit the Yankee Candle website here and view the new pure essence collection. A big thank you to Yankee Candle for kindly sending me these candles to try, and as always please do let me know your thoughts in the comments section below.
