Now before everyone questions the title of this blog post as I’m always the one preaching balance in life and talking about how sometimes we can’t always be positive. I wanted to share this blog post this week to help you to cultivate positive habits each day which can genuinely help you to feel positive each and every day no matter what happens.
Get Grateful
Yes, gratitude really can help you to feel positive each and every day. I would be lost without my gratitude practice and it has truly transformed my life and my law of attraction practises. Every morning as soon as you wake up try grabbing a notebook and listing down 3-5 reasons of why you’re grateful. You can phrase your sentences as ‘I am so grateful for…because…’ This structure is so much more powerful than simply listing things you’re grateful for because it really challenges you to dig deeper and think of why you’re grateful. This practice doesn’t need to take long but doing this every day will instantly shift you into a state of feeling grateful and help you to manifest more positive feelings and abundance throughout your day. Remember whatever you give gratitude towards will only multiply!
Speak Positively
We’ve all experienced a day where something negative may happen and then we tell people, then more negative experiences happen so that by the end of the day you end up saying ‘God it’s just been one of those days!’ I’m sure you’ve also experienced on the flip side a day where something went really well, so you told people then other great things continued to happen so that by the end of the day you end up saying ‘Wow today’s been great everything worked out really well’. If you’re familiar with the Law of Attraction then you’ll know how much the power of your words can literally create your life. In order to feel positive, each and every day make sure that you’re speaking positively! Even if something negative does happen witness it but don’t dwell on it or complain. See it as an opportunity and focus your attention back onto what is working well in your life or makes you happy. This is a great way to shake up any funky feelings and speak more positivity into existence.
Do Something That Scares You
Doing something that scares you on a daily basis is a great way to encourage growth and taking big leaps towards positivity. Once you’ve decided on the type of positive life you want to lead you have to fearlessly choose that no matter what and say no to anything that doesn’t support that vision. This can be scary and may involve big leaps of faith into the unknown, but remember the Universe rewards big leaps of faith and if you want that positive happy dream life you’ve got to choose it! So whether it’s something small or a big leap of faith make sure each and every day you do something that challenge’s you or scares you. Make sure that you’re choosing the life you want to lead every single day.

Share The Kindness
Another great way to cultivate positivity every day is to share kindness with others, remember what you put out comes back to you tenfold by the Law of Attraction. So being kind to others, helping or even making someone smile will all be rewarding for you, not only because you’ll be helping someone but this will also create positive feelings within you for being selfless. So try it today a random act of kindness, it doesn’t have to be grand or cost you money it can be simply saying something nice to a loved one, helping them or helping a stranger today.
Manifest Your Day
Last but certainly not least is to manifest your day, instead of just waking up and letting life happen to you. Decide how you want to feel and how you want your day to go in the morning and intend it. Whether you do this verbally, through journalling or even just think it in your mind. All methods work you could even phrase it as an affirmation ‘Today Universe I intend that only great positive opportunities come to me’ or ‘Today I intend that the meeting goes really well and I leave feeling happy and positive’. Whether you use specific events in your day or genuinely intend how you want to feel overall both methods will ensure that you have a positive day that you create.
