Recently people I’ve spoken to including myself are feeling zapped of energy (due to the new moon and retrograde vibes) and are also feeling either mega busy or not motivated at all. So I thought it would be a great idea this week to share with you my five ways you can feel more spiritually motivated and energised.

Let It Flow

One reason why our creativity and motivation can feel blocked is when you’re forcing not flowing with life. When we force ourselves to sit down and do a task or sit down and do a spiritual practice if we’re not vibing it we aren’t going to get the full benefit out of it anyway! This is why I’m really intuitive with my work and any tasks in my life because if I’m not feeling writing a blog post or creating content, it won’t be my best work anyway if I did force myself to create something. So allow yourself to flow, what would feel good for you to do right now? Of course, there are always tasks and chores in our everyday work and home life we have to complete so what I do personally is write a list of tasks I have to complete that day and then a list of fun tasks which I’d like to do but aren’t a priority. I then mix the tasks up and intuitively do what I feel called to each day, this is honestly how I get so much done in my working day simply by having fun and going where I feel called creatively and spiritually. So let your motivation and energy flow they can’t be forced!

Take A Break

Now a really important point to make is – are you burning yourself out? If the answer is yes this is more than likely the reason why you feel unmotivated and unenergised. Another thing I hear a lot from my clients is ‘I don’t feel motivated to do any shadow (inner) work’. To this I always respond ‘let the work come up as and when it needs to’. We can’t force the work to come up for us. Once again this is a very intuitive practice healing, if you’re not feeling called to work on something or it’s not feeling triggering or potent for you then that’s a sign to honour this and focus on something else. This could be resting, and even resting allows our body and soul to heal in itself. So maybe all you need to be doing right now is resting and listening to your intuition. When you honour your body and make sure you’re keeping up great self-love and self-care routines each week you’ll find that your energy levels and motivation will be there naturally as you fill your cup regularly.

Create The Space

Sometimes we also need to create the space in our lives for creativity, motivation, and energy to flow. Once again if you’re burning out and are constantly busy how can any form of new energy or shift enter your life? By creating the space in your life you allow yourself to see clearly where your energy and intention needs to flow right now. This is why taking a break and honouring what your mind, body, and soul needs is vital and also the quickest way back to feeling motivated and energised. If you’re not sure what it is you need right now again, create the space and allow divine inspiration to flow!

Get Clear On Your Goals

Get clear on your goals Queen, sometimes when we’re lacking spiritual motivation and energy it’s because we’re not being clear with ourselves. So how can the Universe be clear with us if we don’t reflect that clarity? Take the time to get clear on your goals and map out how you can take inspired action towards them. Once you feel more clear on this you’ll be surprised at how quickly you suddenly feel motivated and energised towards your desires, because you’ve taken the time to get clear and create the path ahead.

Have Fun

Lastly, have fun Queen! When things become mundane and repetitive in adult life this is where our motivation and energy can be zapped very easily. Inject fun into all you do, challenge yourself to invite fun into your tasks and even your work. You’ll notice when you do this how motivated you suddenly feel and how your ‘tasks’ become enjoyable and how productive you then find yourself. You can do this by setting the intention with the Universe, you could even repeat this mantra on days where you need more fun in your to-do list to help with motivation and energy. I invite fun and ease into all of my tasks today and open myself up to inspiration from the Universe.
