I love nail varnish, ever since becoming a nail technician back in the days before Couponing, I have created a un-healthy obsession with collecting nail varnishes. I must have over 200 odd! So for me finding a nail subscription box is fantastic so let’s take a look in May’s Box…
At £15 per month Nailbox certainly looks expensive for a few varnishes, so I price checked all my contents to see if it really is worth the money. You can also get a reduced box each month by subscribing for longer periods.
- Orly (Fiery Orange Chunky Glitter) £9.50
- Essie (Status Symbol 26) £8
- OPI by Nicole (Alex by the books) £4.49
- Rimmel London (670 Lucky Lilac) £3.25
- Elegant Touch Cuticle Pusher & Nail Cleaner £9.50
Total = £34.74!
I really didn’t expect to see that much of a saving! I am really surprised how much it totalled up to and can definitely see myself signing up for more boxes at the cheaper price! The colours change every month and so do the brands of the varnishes/accessories. Nailbox choose the colours which I would say is the only downside as sometimes I am really fussy with my colours or will already have it in my collection of varnishes.
You can purchase a Nailbox subscription from their website they normally post them on the 21st of each month and you get it pretty prompt! One recommendation I would give to them is get some nice postcards printed with their social media on to include in the box, they include a basic printed one and I feel it cheapens the box a little and makes it look amateurish. Apart from that I love the box and can’t wait to order another! Let me know what you think of Nailbox in the comments below.
